Eid Message form Sheffield City Council

As Eid al-Adha approaches, we know this is traditionally a time for families and communities to celebrate together. We hope you enjoy getting together but please follow the guidance to help us stop the spread of COVID-19.

  • If you are meeting up with family and friends, try to keep at least 2 metres apart from those outside your household

  • If you are planning to visit your local mosque, contact them ahead of time to see if they have any guidance on arrival, transport or entry times

  • If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid-19 (a new continuous cough, high temperature or change in your normal sense of taste or smell), stay at home with your household and get a test: nhs.uk/ask-for-a-coronavirus-test

Please share this message with family and friends to help us #StaySafeSheff
